I am a graduate in Physical Education of the University of Otago (NZ) and a highly experienced Personal Trainer and fitness expert. For the past 7 years I have been changing the bodies, health and lives of my clients in NZ, Spain and now in Australia. I first developed my passion for fitness through the sport of "White Water Slalom" as a NZ representative. This passion grew and developed into Physical Presence Personal Training where I specialize in corporate training, body fat reduction, posture and muscle balancing, with overall health being the main goal.
